As Editorial Manager and Senior Content Editor, I helped establish and maintain editorial standards, intake and review processes, and more consistent approaches to content development and approval. I collaborated across marketing teams, worked with writers and stakeholders on complex technical content, and managed external vendors and agency/freelance resources to support content priorities, quality standards, and deadlines.

Approach
As Curriculum Editor and Course Migration Specialist, I reviewed migrated course content for editorial quality, formatting, consistency, and completeness while collaborating with faculty, instructional designers, and academic stakeholders. I used SharePoint to support the review process and was selected to perform peer QA as part of the migration effort.

Approach
As Managing Editor for the Life Insurance vertical, I managed and mentored a team of up to 20 writers, guided content development and revisions, and maintained editorial and SEO standards across production. I also organized content into topic groupings and clusters, tagged and classified digital content during publication, and contributed to content migration and organization.

My editorial foundation also includes high-volume consumer editing at iBus Media/Discover Media, where I edited up to 10,000 words daily and guided international writers on editorial standards; research, writing, and copyediting of 66 Research Starters published in EBSCO databases through Blue Sky Editorial, LLC.; and end-to-end editing of three autobiography manuscripts for Story Terrace.
